We woke up at about 12noon to prepare and headed downstairs (Ximending) for brunch. Had beef noodles at this restaurant which we saw the day before. The beef noodles was delicious, especially the noodles, very smooth & bouncy. Hhahaa. After that, we took Metro to Danshui station then took a taxi to Fisherman's Wharf (渔人码头) where the Lovers' Bridge is.
When we were buying the Large Fried Chicken, I realised the sun was setting, I quickly ran up to the bridge and managed to snap 3 pictures of it. It was a really beautiful scene. I highly recommend everyone, especially couples to visit the Fisherman's Wharf.
Next, we took Metro to Jiantan Station where Shilin Night Market is. Shilin Night Market is divided into 2 sections, one is purely food and the other one is for shopping with a few food stalls. Had Bing Tang Hu Lu, which is candy coated Strawberries, one of my favourite. hehe. After we shopped, we happened to enter this restaurant that sell something like Bak Kut Teh but the herb taste is stronger. After we left, the uncle in the shop asked where we were from and told baby,"wah, you very pro uh, can woo until her" (which is me!) hehehehe! Then he said,"你很漂亮"
After that, we took Metro back to Ximen Station and headed back to the hotel!
